This hunting lease is leased and not available. Very nice mature timber tract with plenty of thickets scattered throughout. Two really nice saddles at top of ridge would make excellent stand sites. Even better is the fact that the main ridge runs east - west so you can hunt the ridge line from the north side making use of those prevailing winds. Inspected property in early October - there were numerous fresh scrapes along the ridge as well as on the benches to the south. Plenty of fresh rubs and sign including hammered trails and fresh turkey scratchings. Landowners live on site and report numerous deer sightings and also a history of good bucks being taken. ATV use for hunting purposes only. No campers.
